Internet Call Waiting Service dropped A reader received the following message from extremevoice.com: "This is to inform you that as of March 16th, 2001 your Internet Call Waiting Service will no longer be available. During this period you will not be billed for the service." Info Interactive may be an alternative.

Adaptec Server-on-Call recall Adaptec is recalling approximately 244 DPT Server-on-Call products shipped between June 1997 and March 2000, due to problems discovered that cannot be easily detected and resolved. Adaptec will provide customers a cash refund of the purchase price of DPT Server-on-Call Kit, including return freight, up to a maximum of $10,000 per kit, upon the customer's satisfaction of certain requirements.
