Apple Power Adapter complaints As we reported here last July, Apple announced a recall of certain AC adapters sold with PowerBook G3 laptops from May 1998 until March 2000. The reason was a potential fire risk. However, there is now a complaint that some of the replacement adapters "fail to work properly, and eventually stop transmitting power." Mac OS X 10.1.5 already installed on new Macs Darrell Kienzle writes: "I was in the Tyson's Corner Apple Store this morning and noticed that the new iBook (700 MHz) is loaded with OS X 10.1.5." We can probably expect a general release soon.
