Netscape 4.07 versions are out; fixes animated icon problem for some

Netscape has released version 4.07 of Navigator and Communicator. (Thanks, Alexander Remington.)

According to several early reports (from Lloyd Francis and others), it fixes the persistent Netscape animated icon problem, reported here previously - although Eric Westby (and now several others) still report the problem persisting.
