Netflix sues Blockbuster for patent infringement

Wow, it's not often that the technology company sues the established brick-and-mortar guys. But in this case, Netflix is going all NTP on Blockbuster, suing for patent infringement over Blockbuster's online rental services. And what does Netflix want? Nothing less than the shutdown of Blockbuster's service--oh, and damages, of course. Presumably this lawsuit means that more than four or five people have actually started using the Blockbuster service.
