Mozilla 1.2.1 resolves DHTML bug

Mozilla 1.2.1 resolves DHTML bug

CNET staff

Mozilla 1.2.1, the open-source browser with pre-fetching ability, has been released. A note on the Mozilla site reads "This is our latest stable release and users of all previous versions are encouraged to upgrade to this release for features, as well as performance, stability, and security fixes."

Version 1.2.1 contains the fix for the DHTML bug that prompted us to pull Mozilla 1.2. Still included in the new release is "Type Ahead Find," which allows quick navigation when you type a succession of characters in the browser, matching the text in one or more links on the page.

We previously reported that version 1.2 of Mozilla was pulled only hours after its releases after the programming team discovered the bug.
