MouseWorks 5.2 and Thinking Mouse: it works for most, even if Kensington claims it shouldn't

Regarding our report last time about problems using the new MouseWorks 5.2 driver with the 4-button Thinking Mouse, several readers confirmed that switching the load order of the two Kensington extensions fixed the slow down. Many people now report success with the new software and this mouse.

None-the-less, Robby Berman received the following reply from Kensington on this matter: "Software 5.20 is only for USB devices. Uninstall that software and restart your computer. Reinstall the 5.05 driver to use with your Thinking Mouse."
