When is the Motorola V710 coming to Australia? And what happened to the MPx220?

Hi, I look after product development for CBS Interactive in Sydney - which lets me develop a range of websites including CNET Australia, TV.com and ZDNet Australia.
A representative from Motorola Australia has stated the local release of the V710 (pictured right) is yet to be confirmed and that the handset is not on their road map at present.
The Motorola MPx220 is the successor to the Motorola's original Windows-powered smart phone, the MPx200, and will be available in silver-coloured plastic. The MPx220 was originally scheduled for release in November 2004 but Motorola has pushed the Australian release date out to February 2005.
