Cingular isn't confirming or denying that it will soon get the Motorola Razr V3i, but store reps in San Francisco say the latest iTunes phone will join the carrier's lineup shortly. The slim V3i is physically similar to the wildly popular Motorola Razr V3, but the newer handset adds a megapixel camera, a Micro SD card slot, a digital music player, and support for Apple's iTunes music service. The V3i will be the third Cingular iTunes phone after the Motorola Slvr L7 and the Motorola Rokr E1. Though Motorola introduced V3is in maroon, dark blue, and violet at CTIA this year, it's unclear whether Cingular will carry more than just the basic silver version. Earlier this year, however, we did see a poster of Razrs in those very colors in a Cingular store window.

Another rumor floating around the blog sites concerns Verizon and the EV-DO Razr V3m. Though Verizon hasn't said anything officially, a Verizon store rep said she expects the device to come to the carrier but didn't know when it would arrive.
