Morph your iPad into a mini MacBook Pro

Lusting after the MacBook Pro but simply can't afford it? Well, if you have an iPad, this nifty case will transform the tablet into a laptop for less than $100.

Torn between Apple's iPad and the MacBook Pro? Here's an accessory that could solve your dilemma.

The NoteBookCase for iPad2 transforms the tablet into a smaller version of the MacBook Pro, complete with a similar MacBook-style keyboard. Aside from the Bluetooth-connected keyboard, the case comes with an integrated battery that charges the tablet, too.

There's also a full-size USB port, along with a mini USB connector. It even has a circular opening at the back so that the Apple logo on the iPad can be displayed.

The case is listed on Japanese retailer Rakuten for 5,980 yen ($75). While it's designed specifically for the iPad 2, owners of the latest iPad could try their luck at getting their tablets to fit into this case.
