More free Maker Faire tickets from CNET

If you want to come to this weekend's do-it-yourself bacchanalia in San Mateo, California, this could be your lucky day.

You could win free Maker Faire tickets from CNET. The DIY festival takes place on May 22 and 23 in San Mateo, Calif.. Daniel Terdiman/CNET

Update, 3:29 p.m. PDT: All the Maker Faire tickets are gone.

If you missed your chance to win free Maker Faire tickets from CNET the other day, fret not. I have five more pairs just waiting to get you through the gates of the DIY paradise taking place this weekend in San Mateo, Calif.

All you have to do to win them is look at my Twitter account (I'm @greeterdan) and e-mail me the phrase I tweeted Wednesday using the hashtag "#makerfaire." If you're one of the first five people to send me the correct phrase at daniel dot terdiman at cnet dot com, you'll win a pair of tickets good for adults or children and for either Saturday or Sunday.

Winners will have to provide their own transportation and pay for their own parking.

As before, I ask that you not attempt to win these tickets if you're not seriously considering attending, and if you won the tickets the other day, I'm afraid you're ineligible this time.

For everyone else, I hope I can brighten your day with free passes to what I'm convinced is one of the best events in the world for creativity, fun, excitement, and an all-around good time. The tickets will go fast, though, so hop to it.

Good luck.
