MindVision installers and UFS disks; MouseWorks update

Some installers built with MindVision's InstallerVise, such as SonnetTech's Encore/ZIF OSX installer and URL Manager Pro OS X, reproducibly fail when installing to a UFS formatted OSX system disk. Richard Blake writes:

"The error during install states that the installer cannot install to a network server volume. According to MindVision tech support (which was very helpful), Mac OS X identifies UFS formatted volumes as network server volumes. Apparently, the installer creator must set a software switch to enable the installer to install on a UFS disk. I've notified both Sonnet and URL Manager support of this issue. An example of a MindVision InstallerVISE-built installer that does work in this circumstance is Kensington's MouseWorks 1.0b4."

Note: The recently released MouseWorks 1.0b4 fixes a number of installer-related problems, as well as several cosmetic issues. The control panel now uses "sheets" instead of modal dialogs, and supports dynamic updating when hot-plugging/unplugging USB devices.
