Mighty Mouse Special Report: Problems with horizontal/diagonal scrolling

A few MacFixIt readers are reporting issues using the horizontal scroll function of the Mighty Mouse.

Users report extreme difficulty using the advertised diagonal scrolling functionality. Instead of a smooth, 45 degree angle movement, users report a jerky motion reminiscent of an Etch-A-Sketch.
