Microsoft's 'single most inevitable announcement'

Steve Ballmer, Microsoft's chief executive, called news that the software company plans to launch a new hosted CRM service next year under its expanding Live brand, "maybe the single most inevitable announcement in the history of Microsoft."

Some might argue, however, that a better a candidate for that title is "Vista will be delayed, again."
