Microsoft Office Open XML Converter not showing updated version number
Although this appears to be strictly a goof on Microsoft's part, several MacFixIt readers have reported that after updating to the latest version of Open XML Converter (1.0.3) the version number remains the same (1.0.2), prompting many users to continuous
We have yet to hear anything from Microsoft regarding this issue, though several readers report that the update is actually installing and the mixup appears to be merely cosmetic. If you are experiencing this issue and believe that the update is not actually installing, try downloading the Open XML Converter update from Microsoft directly. If and when this issue is resolved, the updated installer package will likely posted there first.
