Needless to say, an afternoon spent zapping monsters and overlords in "God of War" can get stressful. Fortunately, harried gamers, health care product maker HoMedics kept you in mind when designing the iCush-100, an immersive portable cushion out this month that syncs sound with massage vibes.

While the iCush can be used strictly as a massage product, sans sound, its "Audio Sync" option is meant to enhance the entertainment experience of music, movies and games. In the latter case, the iCush brings games to life as turns, crashes, fights and explosions vibrate muscles in sync with the beat, enabling gamers to feel at one with the action--or, alternately, get a pretty eventful booty massage while navigating the jungles of "Far Cry."

Just plug an MP3 player into the product or use the included adapter to connect directly to a TV, Xbox, PlayStation or other game console. The $119.99 iCush-100 has dual aluminum-cone speakers that pivot on adjustable arms, plus 10 massage motors and heat.
