Macworld Expo keynote date moved to Monday

The traditional opening keynote address at Macworld Expo has been rescheduled to Monday January 7th from 9 to 11:30 am. The change essentially makes the Expo a 5-day event. That sound you hear is countless travel arrangements being altered at the last minute.

This is the first time in the 18-year history of Macworld Conference & Expo that the keynote will take place the day before the exhibit floor opens. We also received word that media will be able to visit the Apple booth on the Expo floor, following the keynote. This suggests a really big announcement!
