MacTicker does not register (or work?) with AppleTalk off

MacTicker 1.0 places a running ticker of stock prices across your screen. Robert Reid purchased it and found that he could not register it. When he tried, he got a message that said "Serial number already being used." He called Galleon Software about this. They told him that there is a bug which prohibits MacTicker from being registered unless AppleTalk is turned on. It fact, the software apparently cannot be used at all with AppleTalk off.

A 1.0.2 update is now available that may fix this issue.
