Macromedia is investigating Dreamweaver slow launch symptom

A MacFixIt Forums thread covers a reported problem with Dreamweaver and Mac OS 9.0.4 where, "when you launch Dreamweaver, it loads slowly and the palette of tools takes approx. 30 seconds to populate after it appears." A reply posting from Macromedia's John Dowdell states: "This is just a heads-up that folks here in Macromedia Tech Support have been monitoring this thread for the last few days, and we're trying to isolate the cause of the difference here. So far we haven't been able to reproduce it on G4 systems..." This and another posting from Macromedia's Matt Wobensmith offer advice to those that have this symptom.
