MacBook Pro EFI Firmware Update 1.5.1 released

Fixes issues with initial release.

Apple has released the MacBook Pro EFI Firmware Update 1.5.1. This update "fixes several issues to improve the stability of MacBook Pro computers," and apparently fixes some issues, such as kernel panics and problems installing, with the initial 1.5 release.

After the firmware is successfully applied to your Mac, your Boot ROM Version will be: MBP21.00A5.B08 or MBP31.0070.B07. You can check the Boot ROM version System Profiler (located in /Applications/Utilities).

The new release is available as a 4.9MB standalone download.
