Mac OS X restore utility missing

Evidently Mac OS X is missing the ability to restore archives created by the dump utility. E. Jordan Bojar writes: "There is a rather serious omission in Mac OS X which makes archiving filesystems quite difficult. While X includes the manpages for both the traditional Unix dump and restore utilities, it includes the binary for dump only. There's no way to actually restore archived files, though it seems clear the intention was to include it."
