Mac OS X 10.4.6 Special Report follow-up (#4): More on 'Unsupported PDE' menu options in printer dialog

More on 'Unsupported PDE' menu options in printer dialog Yesterday we reported on an issue where several non-functional 'Unsupported 'PDE' entries in the settings menu of printer dialog boxes after updating to Mac OS X 10.4.6.

These are phantom setting features for the printer (printer dialog extensions), but we're not sure why they are appearing for some users after the update. Their appearance doesn't interfere with printer functioning, but we are searching for a way to eliminate them nonetheless.
