Local News: MacFixIt down again briefly this morning

MacFixIt was down briefly again this morning. As explained by my web site host (pair Networks), this was due to "the Bell Atlantic SMDS equipment for our DS-3 line being replaced." It was being replaced so as to help avoid the sort of failure that occurred on Wednesday, when there as a "complete Bell Atlantic SMDS outage that prevented any traffic from flowing through the main DS-3 line to Digex."
