YouTube has streamed live video since 2011. However, you'd have to use your computer to broadcast. That's changing with the introduction of live streaming to YouTube's mobile apps. Not to be outdone by YouTube, Facebook announced some new features are headed to Facebook Live including Snapchat-like filters. Go forth and broadcast as a panda. (Yes, really)
