Linksys WAP router and AppleTalk Previously we reported that a user was told by Linksys about a possible firmware update that would allow their routers to handle AppleTalk traffic. However, a reader sent us this note he received from Linksys: "I'm afraid AppleTalk is definitely out of the picture with regards to firmware upgrades of the current products."

No drivers for Linksys wireless USB adapter Max Sa Leitao writes: "I just bought a Linksys USB wireless adapter (WUSB11) to use with a Bondi iMac. The Linksys site says it works in 'a Mac environment.' However, that's a little misleading. While it does communicate with an AirPort Base Station (the protocol is platform-independent) the adapter itself doesn't work on a Mac because there is no Mac drivers for the adapter."
