LG extra-capacity front-load washer is stylish and offers many cleaning options

This stackable LG extra-large capacity washerhas nine wash options and five soil level settings and technology that automatically adjusts the water level and wash time on the machine.

With 4.0 cubic feet of extralarge capacity, this front-loading model WM2233HD still qualifies as an Energy Star.

This stylish washer, which has a stainless steel drum and a chrome-rimmed round glass door, provides plenty of control over how you wash a load of laundry. There are seven wash cycles to choose from including cotton/towels, normal, permanent press, delicates, handwash, and speed wash. Nine wash options include prewash, quick cycle, rinse and spin, extra rinse, and a stain cycle. Five soil settings on the machine and a sanitary cycle that heats the water to 158 degrees help remove the heaviest dirt and grease.

Five spin speeds, including high, medium, and low, provide even more options. An extrahigh spin speed spins clothes at 1,100rpms when you want extra water extraction for heavy items.

A SenseClean wash system adjusts the water level and wash time depending on the load size and weight.

On the front of the washer you'll find electronic controls with an easy-to-see LED display. The controls will alert you to when your wash is done and a delay-wash feature lets you preprogram a cycle for up to 19 hours.

This model features a child lock and LoDecibel sound reduction. A four-tray dispenser can be used for prewash, wash, bleach, and fabric softener during the cycle.

This washer can be stacked under a counter or side by side with a dryer. If you want to jack the washer up to a more convenient height or need a bit more storage space for laundry products, an optional 13-inch drawer pedestal drawer is available. This washer is stackable with matching LG dryer models DLE3733 and DLG3744 and can be used with LG stacking kit models WSTK1 and DSTK1 (not included).
