Late-Breaker items moved to Troubleshooting Mac OS 8.6

The following items have been moved to Troubleshooting Mac OS 8.6:

Troubleshooting Mac OS 8.6also now includes all of the Mac OS 8.6 Late-Breakers from last week, plus additions to several items posted today directly to the Report (such as to the G3 card item).
