Kodak celebrates EasyShare's fifth by bumping One to 6

I've been reviewing hardware and software, devising testing methodology and handed out buying advice for what seems like forever; I'm currently absorbed by computers and gaming hardware, but previously spent many years concentrating on cameras. I've also volunteered with a cat rescue for over 15 years doing adoptions, designing marketing materials, managing volunteers and, of course, photographing cats.

As part of the event at which Kodak celebrated the fifth anniversary of its EasyShare digital photo system--where it also announced the new --the company also unveiled the next version of its EasyShare One camera. Aside from the bump up to 6 megapixels, the EasyShare One/6-megapixel incorporates Kodak's PerfectTouch automatic photo-correction technology and WISr Wi-Fi security. There's currently no pricing for the camera, which is slated to ship in June. Unless it runs about the same as the 4-megapixel version, though, we're likely to repeat the same complaints about overpricing that accompanied its predecessor.
