Keyboard combination does not work on Kensington keyboard

Several users have now confirmed a problem with Kensington's "Studio Keyboard," advertised as Mac compatible.It does not recognize the key combination Option (Alt) - Command when pressed together on the left side of the keyboard. When the left command key is pressed together with the Alt key on either the left or the right, the keyboard goes 'blind'

Frans van der Geest writes "In QuarkXPress for example the following key is used to adjust an image in proportion: Command-Alt-Shift-F. When this combination is pressed with the keys on the left nothing happens. However the keys pressed on the right side do work."

Readers have now confirmed that his combination only does not work with the following keys: H, F, W, R, P, ], , N, and the comma.

This appears to be a hardware issue, and we are awaiting follow-up from Kensington.
