Kaleidoscope conflicts

Starry Night and Kaleidoscope 1.7.1 Several readers (including Ken Kirksey and Harry Turse) confirm a conflict between Starry Night and Kaleidoscope 1.7.1. The problem causes Starry Night to freeze whenever you click in the main window with the object selection tool if Kaleidoscope is active. According to Ken, Sienna Software, makers of Starry Night, are aware of the problem and working on a fix.

Lotus Notes and Kaleidoscope 1.7.1 Several readers also report that Lotus Notes version 4.5 freezes when running Kaleidoscope 1.7.1 and Mac OS 8. I believe that Greg Landweber (author of Kaleidoscope) is working on a fix for this.

Apollo and Kaleidoscope ReaderBruce M. reports a conflict between Apollo 1.22 (an application launcher/window switching utility) and Kaleidoscope. A freeze occurs "when any attempt is made to open the program although the drop down menu will continue to work." The author of Apollo confirmed this conflict.
