Java tools for Mac debut

Natural Intelligence is now shipping Roaster, a Java toolkit aimed at letting application developers create Java applets for Macintosh systems.

Natural Intelligence is now shipping Roaster Developer Release 1, an application development environment for creating Java applets on the Macintosh platform.

Roaster includes a hierarchical project window, a source code editor, a Java compiler and debugger, and a run-time engine. The Cambridge, Massachusetts, company will show off the new software package at Macworld this week in San Francisco. Stay tuned to CNET for daily coverage of the five-day show.
