Symantec Announces Norton Utilities for Macintosh 4.0 Speed Disk Public Beta
Speed Disk has been enhanced for improved performance and to support MacOS 8.1 HFS Plus extended file system. Please visit our website to download a copy.
Later this summer Symantec will release Norton Utilities for Macintosh (NUM) version 4.0. The new version of NUM will include compatibility with Apple's new HFS Plus extended file system and several other great new features.
The first module to be available via an online public beta is the new version of Speed Disk. Speed Disk is now HFS compatible!
We are very interested in your feedback on this product. We will randomly select 25 customers who provide comments and/or feedback on Speed Disk to receive free copies of Norton Utilities for Macintosh when the new version begins shipping.
