Google Tango is here.

The 3D-sensing camera technology is available on the new Lenovo Phab 2 Pro phone, offering users the chance to play augmented-reality games, measure objects by pointing a camera at them and adding virtual objects into real-world images. More Tango-powered phones are expected next year.

Also on the podcast, we consider other accessories Microsoft could come out with after unveiling the new Surface Dial.

The 3:59 gives you bite-size news and analysis about the top stories of the day, brought to you by the CNET News team in New York and producer Bryan VanGelder.
