Windows compatibility? According to this Web page, Mediafour is working on a new software package dubbed XPod, which is expected to make the iPod work with Windows Me, 98, 95, NT 4.0, 2000 and XP.

iPod Free File Access 1.1b1 makes the iPod's music folder visible on the Mac Desktop. See the release notes for an issue with using this utility under Mac OS X.
