What happens when you walk by someone who has four Apple tablets for a head? You probably stop and stare, and maybe even attempt to press the home button to see if she'll react.

Meet the "iPad Head Girl," who wears a four-sided iPad helmet while walking around New York City. We'll let the video do the rest of the talking:

Apparently, this is all part of a viral marketing stunt by the Hearst Corporation to get people to buy Cosmo for Guys, an iPad version of Cosmopolitan for men. Anyone brave enough to touch the iPad headgear atop the girl gets redirected to sample pages of the magazine. Anyone brave enough to download the app, well... that's another story.

No, we're not promoting this e-magazine here on CNET. We just like the idea of having an iPad for a head.
