Iomega Tools 6.0.x FindIt "Category" problem

We have previously reported on problems (and a and b) simply getting the FindIt application (included in Iomega Tools 6.0.x) to work without generating an error message or crashing. Now here's a minor problem you may have even if you get the application to work:

Mike Stupinski writes: "FindIt will not retain entries under the heading 'Category.' When the disk is re-inserted, 'Category' shows it as the generic term 'Zip Disk.'

Another reader confirms this, noting: "For those that have assigned a Category to a Zip Disk: After installing update 6.0, and doing an Eject, the Category reverts back to 'Zip Disk.'" Frank Sinkavich also confirms this.
