Dong turns to Tony Horton to help lose his gut. Beachbody.com

We got the bromance threesome this week as we are joined by fellow CNET Labs member (of the N.Y. variety) and co-host of Digital City podcast, Joseph Kaminski. Joe joins us this week to talk his trials and tribulations with PC power consumption testing as well as his sage pickup devices.

Dong starts his week off right by locking his car in his garage and then gets locked outta his house the very same day. Yeah, we weren't surprised either.

Joe and I also attempt to convince Dong to dive headlong into console gaming. We're getting closer, and maybe with the added incentive of being able to whoop on some Brian Tong in Street Fighter 4, we'll get there.

Now, Dong is fat. I know this, he knows this. Everyone knows this. So what does a miserable, fat, out-of-shape guy like Dong do when he's tired of being miserable and fat? He "Xes" (pronounced Exes) it! As in P90X! I can't wait to hear him cry about how hard it is and how "gay" he believes Tony Horton is. Oh yes, can not wait...
