If you're an entrepreneur, why are you taking quizzes?

If you're an entrepreneur, why are you taking quizzes?

Dorian Benkoil
A few times a year, at least, a new quiz pops up to help evaluate whether you've got what it takes to be an entrepreneur. They'll ask questions about whether you want to work with people, whether you have a lot of drive, and sometimes something about your status as an immigrant, as well (apparently, researchers have determined that children of immigrants tend to succeed as entrepreneurs). Forbes last week, in its Entrepreneur section, highlighted its own quiz to go with a review of the book "Instinct" by marketing expert Thomas Harrison.

It's reasonably fun, and after I got a 23 out of 30, it suggested I start raising capital to launch my own business.

You can compare it to other quizzes you'll find here, here, here, here, here, here, and a bunch of other places.

Or you could get on with it and actually run your business. That's probably the mark of a true entrepreneur.
