It is possible that when setting up your calendar to sync via MobileMe with your Mac and your iPhone, the times could end up being different. One Apple Support Discussions user found out just that and also managed to figure out how to correct it.

The issue
Apple Support Discussions user "mike_k" asks:

"Since signing up with MobileMe my iCal syncs and pushes data to the iPhone just fine except there is a one-hour difference in the times. If I set a haircut to 11:30 AM on iCal, it pushes to the iPhone as 12:30 PM.

The iPhone is set to lock on to Central time, and not set automatically (to adjust for traveling). My iMac is also set for Central time."

Possible solution
ASD user "mike_k" found this solution:
"fixed by setting time zone at MobileMe.com and by setting the time zone (specifically for the calendar app) on the iPhone. "
This may vary if you are syncing your time automatically on your computer. You can check your Mac's settings by going to System Preferences/Date & Time.
