HTC may have two Android tablets for its upcoming, if recent chatter is to be believed.
According to rumors making the rounds this week, HTC is working on a 7-inch Flyer/ successor that will be based off and likely feature a custom HTC experience with support for the Scribe digital pen.
Hardware specifications are said to include a 7-inch 1,280×768-pixel display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, a 3-megapixel camera on the rear, and a 1-megapixel front-facing camera.
HTC will reportedly squeeze everything into a superslim 7.1mm thin anodized aluminum body, much like the Google Nexus 7 and the .. It isn't clear whether the presumed Flyer 2 will feature a dual-core or quad-core CPU; however, we should expect retail price to play the determining factor. Things look to be moving once again on the 10.1-inch front now that a number of photos found their way online last week.
The unnamed device was not accompanied by specifications; however, we did spot a front-facing and rear camera. Looking like a cross between an HTC One X and something that Apple might release, the tablet has an off-centered screen. This would lead to a more comfortable one-hand experience when holding the device in portrait mode.
With but two weeks to go before HTC clears the air, I'm definitely looking forto bubble to the surface.
