HP All-in-One drivers 4.0.3 coming soon

Regarding yesterday's item on "HP G-series software and Communications module," Tom Ammon (test engineering lead for HP All-in-One) replies:

"The ownership issues with the HP AiO Preferences files are fixed by our new web-based installers, which should be on the web site shortly. The new installers will fix a host of other issues as well, and will be on the new CD-ROM being shipped by HP Support after they are posted. The version number of this software, seen in the 'Get Info' pane, should read 4.0.3. The previously-shipped OS X 10.1-capable software was version 3.0.7."
