Swipe right, swipe right, swipe right...doh!

Insert Tinder joke here.

Clearing a notification on your Android Wear watch is a repetitive gesture, and one that makes it easy to get carried away as you go through open cards on your wrist.

With the recent update to Android Lollipop 5.0.1, recovering a dismissed notification is now possible -- you just have to be quick.

  • The trick is to immediately swipe down on the screen after dismissing a notification.
  • A "Dismissing" dialogue will be presented, complete with a timer surrounding the button you need to tap in order recover the message.
  • Tap on said button, and the card will be brought back.

Told you it was easy, but again, you have to be quick. On a few different occasions since the update I've attempted to go back and recover a message, only to watch the timer expire and the message disappear.
