Hayes 56K modem upgrade deal

The original press release was on February 4, so it's not exactly late-breaking news, but:

For $99 (plus $15 shipping), Hayes is willing to send you one of their new 56K modems as a trade-in for any modem you currently own (any brand; any speed).
