Google Maps gets the bronze

Despite all the hullabaloo over the power of Google Maps and its , it's only the third most popular online mapping tool. Yahoo holds the golden spot with 41 percent market share, and Mapquest follows with 33 percent, according to HitWise. Google Maps gets less than 10 percent market share. Still, Techdirt gives Google props for earning so much attention in a mere six months.
