GoLive and Navigation Services conflict?

Bob Wagner trouble with Navigation Services windows when using Adobe's GoLive (running Mac OS 8.1). For example, when creating a new site, the dialog box that appears will not allow the site to be named. He received a reply from Adobe, acknowledging some Navigation Services issue. They suggested going to GoLive's Preferences and disabling Navigation Services.
