Global Village PC card modem and Conflict Catcher glitch reported

Reader Chuck claims that installing Conflict Catcher (version 4.0.3 for sure; probably v. 3, too) will disable the Global Village PowerPort Platinum PC Card modem in a Macintosh PowerBook. The reason is that CC changes the loading order of the GV extensions. "In particular, CC4 loads GV's PowerPort PC Card control panel before the Global Village Toolbox extension. GV's software won't work if loaded in this order. The PowerPort Platinum icon will not appear on the desktop and the PC card modem will not work." The solution is to manually change the load order so that the Toolbox extension loads first.
