I haven't seen a decent Netbook deal in awhile, and while I can't say this one is fabulous, it's definitely decent.

Mwave has the refurbished Asus Eee PC 1000HEB Netbook for $195.99 shipped. To get that price, you must be a member of the company's "M" Club (which is free to join).

I've covered the 1000HEB here before, so I'll just hit the highlights and lowlights. It has a typical Netbook loadout, from its Intel Atom N270 processor and 1GB of RAM to its 160GB hard drive and 10-inch display.

It comes with three USB ports and 802.11n Wi-Fi, weighs 3.2 pounds (a little hefty for a Netbook, if you ask me), and, like most refurbs, offers only a 90-day warranty.

Basically, it's a Netbook, with all the usual benefits and shortcomings therein. However, for the big hitch is the OS: the 1000HEB comes with Windows XP. While it's arguably the best operating system for a Netbook, I'd have a hard time switching back to it.

But that's just me. I'd also have a hard time arguing against a full-featured portable PC that's under $200, regardless of the OS. (Hey, you can always change it. Remember Jolicloud?)

Bonus deal: It's not too late for lunch, is it? Order online and you can get a free medium cheese pizza from Papa John's when you make a purchase of at least $3.99. Use coupon code TOYCAR. I'm thinking a Cinnapie and a pizza and I'm out the door for four bucks. Woo!
