What a week. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus -- the first handset to run Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) -- hits the shelves tomorrow morning, and the Motorola Razr and Nokia Lumia 800 are on sale right this very minute.

A great time for fans of new high-end handsets -- not so much if you like saving money.

There's also a deal to be had for you early birds planning on snapping up a Galaxy Nexus. Get yourself down to Phones4U on London's Oxford Street for the 8am opening tomorrow morning, and if you're one of the first 100 to buy, you'll get a £250 voucher to use on music and films for the handset. It's such a good offer, we might even see you there.

Android Ice Cream Sandwich brings a host of new features, including the ability to unlock the handset using facial recognition, group apps in folders, resize icons and more. It also has a cool Tron-style look. The Galaxy Nexus has a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED screen that's 720p HD resolution, and a 5-megapixel camera.

The Razr hit shelves today, and it looks like a triumphant return for Motorola's famous phone. It's quite ridiculously slim at just 7.1mm, with an 8-megapixel camera on the back, and 4.3-inch screen.

Nokia's Lumia 800, meanwhile, is the company's first to run Microsoft's Windows Phone operating system. We gave it four stars, applauding the tile-based OS, though the 8-megapixel camera could be better. Carphone Warehouse is selling it for £470, while Three is offering it on pay as you go for £400.

So, nothing if not a lot of choice if you're due an upgrade. Which will you be adding to your shopping basket, if any? Let us know below, or on our Facebook page.
