Fried food on your terms

The Breville Deep Fryer uses a flat plate to heat oil, instead of a rounded heating element. The flat design allows for more consistent heating.

Frying food yourself makes it less greasy. Williams-Sonoma

Fried food gets a bad rap, and not without reason. When ordering in a restaurant, french fries are often soggy and deep-fried fish can turn out greasy. One way to ensure fried food comes out to your liking is to cook it yourself. Properly fried food absorbs less oil, which makes it healthier and more delicious.

The Breville Deep Fryer provides a clean, easy-to-use way to take control of home frying. With a unique heating element that is flatter and broader than the more common round varieties, the deep fryer evenly heats oil, producing better temperature control.

Measuring 10.5 inches deep by 18.25 inches wide by 9.5 inches tall, the 1500-watt deep fryer has a 3.5-quart capacity and can handle larger food items. When finished frying, the removable oil pan features a pour spout for easy emptying, so you can save and reuse the oil for the next time the craving hits for (properly cooked) fish and chips.
