Free Lonely Planet apps for stranded travellers

With travellers stranded all over Europe in the wake of the Eyjafallajökull volcano eruption, Lonely Planet is offering 13 of its Europe city guides free.

With travellers stranded all over Europe in the wake of the Eyjafallajökull volcano eruption, Lonely Planet is offering 13 of its Europe city guides free.

The 13 cities are:

  • Stockholm
  • Vienna

The guides are available only to iPhoneand iPod Touch users and can be downloaded for free by users all across the globe from the iTunes App Store until 22 April 2010.
