FontAgent 8 installation issues: a reply from Insider Software

Previously, we have posted items about installation problems with the recently released FontAgent 8. Insider Software replies on this matter:

At this point, we know that Apple Enet (OS 8.6) or Ethernet (Built-In) must be enabled for the FontAgent 8 Access Code to be accepted. We also know that some third party extension(s) must be disabled, and we're trying to isolate which one(s). So far, less than 2% are experiencing this conflict.

If a user is experiencing difficulty unlocking or launching a registered version, we recommend that they install, unlock, and run FontAgent 8 with the Base OS Extensions. Both Extensions Manager and Conflict Catcher provide this Setting.

A positive note: So far, we haven't had one, not one, tech support issue regarding FontAgent 8.
